Moxa

This is a class two Composite. It helps a person release general and specific fears, trauma, ideas and attitudes, which block the flow of energy in the system. This is best done when a person is conscious of, and working on a specific issue. Moxa, however can catalyze unconscious release of deeper blocks in the system. This can bring about a period of depression or chaotic or violent dreams, followed by a period of clarity and increased energy.
